FRIDAY ABSTINENCE: A reminder that this Friday is Good Friday and so we abstain from meat and any meals cooked with meat.
PARISH OFFICE: The Parish Office will be closed on Maundy Thursday on the 2nd April, and the Easter Minday Bank Holiday on Monday 6th April, and will re-open on Tuesday 7th April.
GIFT AID: Recently the Parish Office has been made away that there exist cases of parishioners wanting to kindly donate under Gift Aid donating, but not being eligible for it. Whilst Gift Aid is a great tool for the parish to claim an additional 25p for every £1 donated, those who donate must be current UK taxpayers. If you no longer pay UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax, your circumstances have changed and you are unsure if you still qualify for Gift Aid, a family member who previously donated through Gift Aid has sadly passed away, or you have moved address or changed your name, please get in touch urgently with the Parish Office. Likewise, if you are aware that any point you have donated through Gift Aid in the past without being eligible, please also get in touch with the Parish Office. If you are not eligible please also do not collect any new boxes or make any payments through standing orders, and if you wish to continue generously donating to the parish, please do so through the regular collections.
WASHING OF FEET: Any volunteers for the washing of feet on Maundy Thursday should please speak to Sr Roseline or one of the Fathers.
DIARY DATE SUMMER FAIR: Please make note of the date of the Summer Fair which will be held at St Ann’s Hall on Saturday 11th July 2026.
